Zhongke Jiulang completes 20 million yuan angel round financing
The Shanghai Securities News China Securities Network reported (Reporter Yan Liumeng) that recently, Zhongke Jiulang (Beijing) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Zhongke Jiulang”), a company focused on the industrialization of natural gas pressure differential energy comprehensive utilization technology, announced the completion of a 20 million yuan angel round financing, with a post-investment valuation of 150 million yuan. The investor in this round is Zhongke Chuangxing.
The company stated that this financing will mainly be used for research and development expenses, sales expenses, and operational costs, helping the company further solidify its technological research and development capabilities and expand its market layout.
It is reported that Zhongke Jiulang is a natural gas pressure differential energy comprehensive utilization technology industrialization company controlled by the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It focuses on the research, design, production, and sales of natural gas pressure differential energy comprehensive utilization systems, providing system integration and technical services based on core equipment, and is committed to the development and application of advanced energy technologies to improve energy utilization efficiency and assist in achieving the “dual carbon” goals.
