This report informs (Reporter Tian Peng) that performance briefings are an effective means of establishing a good communication mechanism between companies and investors, serving as a communication bridge for companies to convey value and for investors to discover value. They also promote standardized corporate governance and drive improvements in company quality. Recently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the National Two Sessions, closely following the “14th Five-Year” plan, earnestly implementing the work deployment of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and taking multiple measures to support listed companies in conducting the 2025 annual performance briefings well.

Since 2025, the overall performance of companies in the Shenzhen market has stabilized and rebounded, reflecting the trend of China’s economy developing towards new and better directions, and injecting strong momentum for sustained high-quality development. From early April to late May, the 2025 annual performance briefings in the Shenzhen market will closely align with the “14th Five-Year” plan, focusing on the high-quality development of listed companies, centered around six major themes: “Building a solid foundation and taking responsibility, strengthening the hard support for the real economy,” “Empowering and setting benchmarks, creating a new high ground for intelligent manufacturing in the Bay Area,” “Innovating and energizing, writing a new chapter for the development of private enterprises,” “Expanding markets and seeking development, igniting new engines for consumption growth,” “Deepening research and striving for excellence, accumulating new momentum for pharmaceutical growth,” “Revitalizing quality and promoting upgrades, building new advantages in industrial integration,” demonstrating the company’s operational performance, development strategies, and innovative achievements to the market in a comprehensive and multidimensional manner, actively responding to investor concerns.

On April 3, the first collective performance briefing of the Shenzhen market in 2025 will be held in the listing hall of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. China National Building Material Group will organize 12 listed companies, including Tianshan Co., Ltd., Beixin Building Materials, China National Materials Technology, and Ruida Technology, to communicate face-to-face with investors, analyze company performance, answer investor questions, listen to opinions and suggestions, and help investors gain an in-depth understanding of the company.

The Shenzhen Stock Exchange stated that it will actively guide listed companies to adopt various methods to conduct the 2025 annual performance briefings well, while fully leveraging platform functions, providing interactive channels for all investors through soliciting investor questions, online communication, video broadcasts, and other forms, promoting extensive investor attention and active participation, and jointly building a good market ecosystem.
