The Observatory issued a special weather warning at 7:50 AM, stating that a thunderstorm area located in western Guangdong is moving eastward and is expected to gradually affect Hong Kong in the next two to three hours, with some areas experiencing heavier rain and a few squally thunderstorms around noon.Today, Hong Kong is expected to be generally cloudy with occasional showers, squally thunderstorms, and some areas experiencing heavier rain. The maximum temperature during the day is about 27°C. Light to moderate south to southeast winds will blow, with stronger winds at higher altitudes. Looking ahead, the weather will be somewhat unstable later tomorrow, with a few showers over the next two to three days and brief periods of sunshine.
