Analyst: Short-term Bitcoin holders are experiencing increased losses, and the MVRV is in the bear market zone.
Odaily Planet Daily News According to CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost, the current Bitcoin price is fluctuating in the range of approximately $65,000 to $70,000, significantly below the average cost price of short-term holders at around $85,900, resulting in a general state of loss for investors who entered the market in the past six months.
Data shows that the short-term holder MVRV has dropped to about 0.77, below neutral levels, and at the end of February, it once reached 0.7, reflecting an average unrealized loss of nearly 30%. This indicator measures market valuation levels by comparing market capitalization with on-chain realized costs. Analysts believe that the long-term low MVRV indicates that the short-term holding group is under pressure, which may exacerbate market volatility.
