The International Atomic Energy Agency reports that the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant has lost connection to the main power transmission line.

On the 24th, the International Atomic Energy Agency stated that the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant lost connection with the 750 kV main transmission line on that day and is currently relying on a single backup power line to maintain external power supply. IAEA Director General Grossi said that the agency is discussing establishing a local ceasefire with both Ukraine and Russia to repair the damaged transmission lines, and experts continue to monitor the situation at the nuclear power plant.
