Starting from 9:00 AM on April 1, 2026, the Chinese stock abbreviation for the company’s Class A ordinary shares traded on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited will change from “小鹏汽车 – W” to “小鹏集团 – W”. The company’s English stock abbreviation “XPENG – W” and the company’s stock code “9868” will remain unchanged.
