Abstract generation in progress

Camden Property Trust, one of the largest apartment owners in the U.S., has named Alexander Jessett as its new CEO, succeeding co-founder Ric Campo. The company is restructuring its portfolio to focus on high-growth Sun Belt states, intending to sell 11 multifamily properties in California for an estimated $1.5 billion to $2 billion. The proceeds from these sales will be reinvested into Sun Belt markets and used for share repurchases.
