According to Mars Finance, last night and this morning, many users on social media claimed that “DeepSeek crashed,” with issues occurring on both the web and app versions. Users encountered a “server busy” prompt, preventing new conversations, and some even experienced lost conversation content. Upon checking, it was found that the DeepSeek server has been restored, and users can now chat normally. According to its official product service status log, at 2:16 AM on the 30th, it showed that DeepSeek web/app performance was abnormal and the issue was under investigation; at 9:13 AM, monitoring indicated that a repair plan had been implemented and results were being monitored.
