March 30 Tangshan billet straight-track trading was average, with warehouse spot prices quoted at 3,050 yuan/ton tax-inclusive for ex-works shipment. Downstream finished steel prices held steady while trending higher; trading was still only average. It is expected that the billet ex-plant price may be raised by 10–20 yuan/ton in the afternoon.
