BYD announced that the company and its holding subsidiaries plan to use no more than 60 billion yuan of its idle funds to purchase wealth management products or bond products that have high security, good liquidity, and medium to low risk from financial institutions such as banks, securities companies, fund companies, and insurance asset management companies. The authorization period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors, and the quota can be used on a rolling basis. This matter has been approved by the 22nd meeting of the 8th Board of Directors and does not need to be submitted for shareholder meeting approval. The company emphasized that entrusted wealth management does not affect its main business, helps improve the efficiency of fund use and investment returns, but the returns are subject to uncertainties due to policies, market factors, and other influences.
