Shengyang Co., Ltd. announced that its shareholder Shanghai Kuande Private Equity Fund Management Center (Limited Partnership) (on behalf of the private securities investment fund it manages) has cumulatively reduced its holdings of the company’s shares by 2.5158 million shares through centralized bidding from March 2, 2026, to March 17, 2026, accounting for 0.55430% of the company’s total share capital; the reduction price range was from 12.74 yuan/share to 13.82 yuan/share, with an average reduction price of 13.32 yuan/share. After the reduction, its holdings decreased to 22.6934 million shares, accounting for 4.99998% of the company’s total share capital, and it is no longer a shareholder with more than 5% ownership.
