On March 30, many users took to social media last night and this morning to report that ‘DeepSeek is down.’ Both the web and app versions experienced issues, with users encountering messages indicating ‘server busy,’ preventing them from starting new conversations. Some even reported losing conversation content. It has been confirmed that the DeepSeek server has now been restored, and users can engage in conversations normally. According to the product service status log on their official website, at 2:16 AM on the 30th, it was noted that DeepSeek’s web/app performance was abnormal and an investigation was underway; by 9:13 AM, monitoring indicated that a repair plan had been implemented and results were being monitored.
