The London Stock Exchange’s FTSE 100 stock index (as reported by the Financial Times) closed at 10,176.45 points, up 48.49 points from the previous trading day, a gain of 0.48%; the Paris stock market CAC 40 index closed at 7,816.94 points, up 44.49 points from the previous trading day, a gain of 0.57%; the Frankfurt stock market DAX index closed at 22,680.04 points, up 117.16 points from the previous trading day, a gain of 0.52%.
