Local time on Thursday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk posted a series of updates on the social media platform X, hinting that Tesla plans to release or develop a new product.

Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian replied to a post about a potential Tesla three-row SUV, saying that “business dads” need “three rows to accommodate the whole family.” Musk then reshared Ohanian’s post.

Musk also replied to a post by user Keller Cliffton. The post shared a screenshot from a study, noting that the inability to install three child safety seats in the back seat would reduce the probability of having a third child. In his reply, Musk said, “We should address this.”

In another post, Musk replied to a prediction by user Ryan Peterson. Peterson predicted that if Tesla were to launch a model with “three rows of seats, with two separate doors on each row, so people don’t have to cross over other people to get in,” it could “spark a baby boom.” Musk replied, “Got it.”

Earlier, a user urged Tesla to release an MPV aimed at family users. Musk responded that the electric vehicle giant is developing a model “way cooler than an MPV.” Subsequently, leaked images of a framework for the vehicle appeared on social media. The images showed that its rear space is larger and its windows are bigger.

Tesla’s allegedly new model is expected to help it adjust its product lineup and increase passenger traffic. In addition, it could also provide strong momentum to the sales of the electric vehicle giant, as Tesla’s sales saw a significant increase in European markets in February.
