The registered capital is 1.1 billion yuan, and the business scope includes: sales of solar thermal utilization products; energy storage technology services; solar power generation technology services; research and development of new materials, and more. Qichacha’s equity look-through shows that the company is held jointly by Huaneng International’s wholly owned subsidiary, Huaneng International Power Jiangsu Energy Development Co., Ltd., and Yueda Investment, among others.
