In a social media post, SBF said that Delaware Chief Judge has recused herself from three cases over allegations of bias, and questioned why Federal District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan of the U.S. Southern District of New York did not recuse himself in his case. He said that Kaplan made improper remarks during the proceedings, including alleged expressions of bias in front of the jury. SBF believes that the relevant judges should recuse themselves from his case by referring to similar cases.
