Odaily Planet Daily News: Lista DAO has launched the Dow Protocol Dow E-Commerce Financing RWA Vault today. This Vault is an RWA platform built on top of the capabilities of HSBC’s Dowsure e-commerce finance company. The term is 90 days, and the APY is currently reported at 10%. The Vault is supported by receivables and repayment cash flows from established, global top e-commerce platform merchants, providing merchants with cash-flow advance/financing services.

It is reported that merchants’ repayment discipline is jointly ensured by two core mechanisms: first, an automated repayment service routing mechanism in cooperation with the E-Commerce platform, used to preferentially collect merchants’ incoming payments and automatically sweep/debit principal and interest according to agreed terms; second, a dual-lock account control mechanism, used to restrict changes to the repayment route, verify control over the repayment account, and support the taking of corresponding protective measures in the event of overdue or default.

The cash-flow structure mapped by this Vault is not a yield arrangement that only exists at the on-chain incentive layer, but rather a cash-flow system that has been operating and proven in the real business world over the long term.
