On April 3, administrative penalty information disclosed by the Shaoxing Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration shows that, due to major violations and irregularities including loans being misappropriated and inadequate loan management, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Shaoxing Branch, was fined RMB 3.6 million and had illegal gains of RMB 4,127.74 confiscated. The relevant individuals, Yu Defeng, Yang Keke, Shen Jianqiang, Zhao Huabiao, Wang Ying, Tang Jinxang, and Guo Shiqing, were given warnings.
