Pursuant to the share option scheme adopted by the company on April 29, 2020, a total of 16.8 million share options were granted, entitling holders to subscribe for 16.8 million ordinary shares of the company with a par value of HK$0.10 per share. These share options were granted on March 31, 2026 to certain eligible persons (“Grantees”), subject to their acceptance.
