ByteDance Seed launches large model campus recruitment, recruiting hundreds of AI talents worldwide

Gelonghui April 1 — ByteDance's Seed officially launches campus recruitment for large model talent, including recruitment for the 2027 graduating class and current interns. It is reported that this year Seed will increase talent investment, with approximately 100 large model talents from the 2027 class being recruited globally. Currently, ByteDance has also introduced a dedicated "virtual stock" to strengthen the long-term attraction and incentives for large model talent.
