From introductory education on pension investment for younger people, to steady allocation for family pillars, to planning and inheritance services for seniors, it delivers a full-lifecycle companionship for customers.

In the pension industry finance segment, China Everbright Bank focuses on key regions such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, strengthening credit support and integrating lending and investment for areas including pension institutions, rehabilitation equipment, and smart elderly care. Pension-industry loan disbursements have achieved rapid growth. Online, it continues to build an integrated pension-finance service system. It has upgraded the “Jian’ai” version of mobile banking, expanded the coverage of the “social security cloud payment” mini program, and improved elder-friendly and accessibility service experiences. The mobile banking app opens two dedicated zones for pension finance and personal pensions, integrating asset views, pension planning, product purchases, and rights-and-benefits services into one place, providing customers with a one-stop solution. The 95595 “Guangyin Suiyue” dedicated line supports remote consultations for senior users to jump straight to human service within seconds; it has served more than 1 million users and has a satisfaction rate of 99.74%.

Offline, it continues to advance elder-friendly upgrades at branch outlets. Currently, more than 1,500 outlets have completed elder-friendly upgrade renovations. They are fully equipped with accessibility service phone lines, smart banking service areas, elder-care concern devices, and more. From keeping the ground level to prioritizing service signage, every detail aims to be safe, comfortable, and convenient. The “Pension Finance Service Center” continues to expand its coverage; it is understood that more than 100 have already been built. At the same time, the cultivation and certification of pension planners continues, with the team size expanding by nearly 500 people. The goal is to build a team of 1,000 pension planners to provide customers with personalized pension planning.

China Everbright Bank has held the “Respect for the Elderly Service Month” campaign for two consecutive years, coordinating with branches nationwide to carry out themed services such as the “Healthy Yìxiǎng Station,” “Wealth Peaceful Lane,” and “Pension Experience Trips.” During the second event in October 2025, nearly 1,500 events were organized nationwide, covering more than 500,000 elderly customers.
