Beijing Business Daily News (Reporter Li Han): According to data from the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on April 1st, Beijing signed 2,503 new housing contracts online, with a total area of 225,035.82 square meters. Among these, 2,375 were residential contracts covering 219,068.01 square meters; 615 second-hand housing contracts were signed online, covering 54,330.08 square meters, including 543 residential contracts with an area of 49,707.48 square meters.
