ME News message, April 1 (UTC+8),Cathie Wood has added OpenAI to the ARKK, ARKF, and ARKW funds. It is said that each fund will hold about 3% of the shares, enabling retail investors to invest directly in one of the world’s most talked-about private companies. Ark Invest had previously officially announced in 2024 that it holds OpenAI through its ARK Venture Fund (a non-public VC fund), and has increased its stake multiple times (including $250 million in October 2024).
