【New Stock IPO】Boqian New Materials plans to issue shares abroad and list in Hong Kong

Boteqian New Materials (Shanghai: 605376) announced that it held the third meeting of the fourth session of its board of directors on April 2, and that it approved the resolution titled “Resolution on authorizing the company’s management to initiate preparatory work for the overseas issuance of shares (H shares) and the related listing preparations on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.”

Boteqian New Materials’ stock price closed at 94.58 yuan on Thursday, down 0.8%; its market value was 24.7 billion yuan.

Boteqian New Materials stated that, to accelerate the company’s overseas business development, build an international capital operations platform, optimize its capital structure, expand diversified financing channels, further enhance its overall competitiveness, and support the company’s high-quality development, in light of the company’s overall development strategy and operational needs, the company plans to issue shares overseas (H shares) and list on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The board of directors authorizes the company’s management to initiate the preliminary preparatory work for the listing of these H shares.

Boteqian New Materials said that the company plans to discuss with relevant intermediary institutions the specific progress of this H-share listing. The specific details regarding this H-share listing have not yet been determined.

Boteqian New Materials was founded in 2010. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of high-end nano metal powder materials. It is a pioneer in the R&D of nano materials in China and their industrialized applications. The company’s main business is the R&D, production, and sales of high-end metal powder materials for electronic use. At present, its main products include nano-scale and submicron nickel powder, as well as submicron- and micron-scale copper powder, silver powder, silver-coated copper powder, and alloy powder. Among them, nickel powder and copper powder are mainly used in the production of MLCC, and are widely applied in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, communications, industrial automation, aerospace, and other industrial fields. Silver-coated copper powder is mainly used to produce low-temperature paste for HJT (heterojunction) battery cells in the photovoltaic sector.
