To participate in the scrip dividend alternative, shareholders must hold at least 74 ordinary shares as of the record date for this dividend (March 27, 2026). This figure is calculated by dividing by the scrip dividend share reference price (as defined below) for this dividend, and then rounding the resulting number up to an integer.

The scrip dividend share reference price is the average middle market price on the London Stock Exchange during the five trading-day period from the ex-dividend date (March 26, 2026) for Prudential shares for this dividend, and is converted into US dollars using the midpoint WMR spot exchange rate (the “scrip dividend share reference price”) published in London by Bloomberg at or around 11:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026.
