Zhang Xue withdraws from Kaiyue Motor, the number of insured people in the same year drops by 98%

At the beginning of 2024, Zhang Xue left Kaiyue completely due to disagreements with partners over R&D concepts. Tibet Kaiyue Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kaiyue Motorcycles, was established in 2017 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The annual report shows that in 2023, the number of insured employees was 120, but it plummeted to 2 in 2024. Zhang Xue resigned and exited the shareholder list in 2024.

Radar Finance reports that, according to media reports, in early 2024, due to a fundamental disagreement with a partner over R&D philosophy, Zhang Xue left Kaivee with a clean exit.

An Tianyancha App shows that Tibet Kaivee Industrial Co., Ltd., an associated company of Kaivee Motorcycle, was established in December 2017. The legal representative is Liao Tao, with registered capital of RMB 30 million. Its business scope includes road motor vehicle production, research and development of motorcycles and parts, and manufacturing of motorcycle accessories, among others. The company’s annual report shows that the number of insured employees at the company in 2023 was 120, but dropped sharply to 2 in 2024. Records of changes indicate that in August 2024, Zhang Xue stepped down from her position at the company and also exited the shareholder roster. Before exiting, she held 35.88% of the shares.
