Too many people actually lose because of their mindset. They can't accept viewpoints that differ from their own. Just like a few years ago, when crypto was booming, ETH L2's four major players had a great reputation.
Many of my friends offline have told me multiple times, praising $ARB and $OP , both of whom are heavily invested with tens of millions of dollars. I've told them more than once that these possibilities are all based on the continued narrative of ETH, but the future no longer belongs to ETH.
I’ve spoken honestly and openly with them about the reasons and viewpoints regarding Ethereum facing elimination in the future. As for L2, it’s completely a pseudo-demand. Unsurprisingly, I lost quite a few friends over this. They care too much about their own opinions and positions. Of course, it might also be because they are heavily invested, which causes their actions to become distorted and unstable.
Looking back now, these people are trapped by their own positions—they have no choice. Trading cryptocurrencies involves gains and losses; everything is normal. The only thing to avoid is stubbornness like sticking to a fixed mindset. Choosing the wrong target is normal; the biggest problem is failing to cut losses in time. And all of this stems from mindset issues.
