Yongcheng Property & Casualty Insurance Weinan Branch fined 125k yuan for falsely listing expenses to siphon funds

Blue Whale News, April 2—Recently, the Weinan Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued a penalty notice, targeting Yongcheng Property Insurance Co., Ltd.'s Weinan Central Branch and its general manager, Feng Jun.

The penalty notice shows that the main illegal and noncompliant facts (case description) of Yongcheng Property Insurance Co., Ltd.'s Weinan Central Branch are: fabricating expenses to siphon funds.

For the above illegal and noncompliant conduct, the Weinan Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration imposed a fine of 125k yuan on it; it issued a warning to general manager Feng Jun and fined him 15k yuan.
