The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran claims to have launched the 96th wave of the "Real Commitment-4" offensive.
People’s Finance News, April 5—On April 5, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a statement saying that, in retaliation for the prior acts of aggression by the U.S.-Israel joint forces, the IRGC Navy and Aerospace Force jointly launched the 96th round of Operation “True Promise-4” in the early hours of April 5.
The statement noted that in the first phase of the operation, the IRGC focused on striking Israeli targets and the economic interests facilities of the United States in the countries of the region. The specific results included: a fierce attack on the Haifa refinery that supplies fuel to Israeli fighter jets, resulting in the destruction of its core components; missile strikes on the U.S. ExxonMobil and Chevron natural gas facilities located in Habshan, UAE, as well as on a petrochemical plant located in Ruwais, UAE. In addition, multiple petrochemical facilities located in Bahrain’s Sitra and in Kuwait’s Shuaiba were also hit by drones and missiles, causing the related facilities to come to a complete halt and triggering large-scale fires.
The IRGC emphasized that, as the enemy suffered consecutive defeats across multiple fronts, it switched to methods of attacking non-military targets. This strike was only an initial response, intended to warn that any infringement on Iran’s non-military infrastructure would be met with an increased retaliation. The statement concluded with a further warning that if the enemy continued attacking non-military targets, the second-phase operation would be even more intense, and U.S. taxpayers would have to pay the price for it.
