ME News message, April 4 (UTC+8), the Cyberspace Administration of China released a notice seeking public comments on the “Administrative Measures for Information Services of Digital Virtual Humans (Draft for Comment),” and plans to strengthen the management of information services for digital virtual humans. It also states that since the start of digital virtual human services, digital virtual human service providers, service users, and service providers that provide network information content dissemination services shall, in the digital virtual human display area, continuously and throughout the process display a prominent warning indicator containing the words “digital human,” and comply with the relevant provisions regarding labeling for AI-generated synthetic content.
