Baiyun Airport: The company signs a cooperation agreement with China Duty Free Group for the operation of the T2 Terminal outbound duty-free project

Baiyun Airport announcement: the Company has signed an operating cooperation agreement for the outbound duty-free retail project at Terminal 2 with China Duty Free Products (Group) Co., Ltd. The Company will transfer, for the duration of the contract term, the right to operate certain designated premises to the China Duty Free Group, which will operate duty-free goods within the scope permitted by national policies in the aforementioned areas. The Company has also signed a supplementary agreement with China Duty Free Products (Group) Co., Ltd. and China Duty Free Baiyun Airport Duty Free (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., under which Party C assumes all rights and obligations of Party B under the operating cooperation agreement.
