ST Ningke announcement: The company held its third meeting of the board of directors on March 26, 2026, and approved the resolution to terminate the “yearly 119,000-ton bio-fermentation product technology improvement project.” The project’s planned total investment amount is 100 million yuan, and the investment actually completed is approximately 28 million yuan. The termination reason is that industry competition has intensified, demand for new product categories has yet to take hold, and strategic planning and business priorities have changed. The company has decided to gradually reach full production of lauric acid and expand downstream applications. The termination of this project has been deliberated and approved by the board of directors and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders’ meeting for review.
