Iranian military claims to have carried out drone strikes against Israeli and U.S. military targets in Kuwait

The announcement states that, following the successful interception of an enemy aircraft by Iran’s air defense system earlier, Iranian forces carried out a decisive military operation in the early hours of the day to respond to the “crimes” of the United States and Israel. According to the communiqué, Iranian forces deployed a drone swarm and carried out precision strikes on Israel’s “petrochemical industrial facilities and petroleum products storage depots” located near Dimona. It is reported that the underground emergency fuel reserves in that area are of major strategic significance to energy supplies in southern Israel. At the same time, Iranian drones also attacked equipment depots, satellite communications units, and the U.S. military command headquarters at the U.S. base on Bubiyan Island in Kuwait.
