Jiuzhou Group's overseas business is flourishing, with globalization expansion accelerating onto the "fast lane".
From Southeast Asia to Africa, from Central Asia to North Africa, from Jiuzhou Group(300040)recent overseas business news has been coming in one after another, and the global strategy rollout is being accelerated. With more than 30 years of technological accumulation in the smart distribution network field, the company is driven by a “technology + service” dual-wheel model, continuing to make breakthroughs in the “Belt and Road” markets it helps build, and its competitiveness in international business has improved significantly.
Multiple breakthroughs in emerging markets, with order implementation showcasing hard-core strength
Since 2026, Jiuzhou Group’s overseas business has seen a strong start. In the Southeast Asian market, the company has reached in-depth cooperation with Vietnam’s core energy trading enterprise DUC PHAT VNC JOINT STOCK COMPANY, providing it with customized battery products, further consolidating its business layout in Vietnam and across the broader Southeast Asian energy market.
In the African market, Jiuzhou Group and its subsidiary Shenyang Haocheng Electric successfully won bids for the Madagascar water supply equipment and ABM municipal water pump station projects. For this project, they will provide core power equipment such as transformers, intelligent high-voltage gas-insulated switchgear cabinets, and DC panels. With reliable product solutions and professional project services, they will lay a solid power foundation for local people’s livelihood projects.
What is even more worth noting is that the company has recently successfully won bid for the procurement bid segment of DC and AC power supply systems for four major energy storage projects in Uzbekistan. The total scale of this batch of energy storage projects is 400MW/800MWh. They are located in regions with high population density and heavy power loads, such as Aanjidan Province, Namangan Province, and Tashkent. These are key projects for the country to optimize its energy structure and ensure grid stability. The DC/AC power supply systems provided by Jiuzhou Group, as the core control equipment to support the stable operation of energy storage power stations, will directly support the project’s core functions including grid peak shaving, frequency regulation, and renewable energy utilization.
High-end cooperation appears frequently, with international influence continuing to rise
Jiuzhou Group’s internationalization process is reflected not only in order acquisition, but also in deep docking with high-end international partners. In October 2025, a delegation representing the EL MOKRI family from Morocco visited Jiuzhou Group. The two sides carried out in-depth discussions on cooperation opportunities in areas such as smart distribution network equipment, wind power, photovoltaics, and biomass energy, reaching preliminary cooperation intentions. The EL MOKRI family is a prominent family with major influence in local political and business circles. This visit was led personally by Tayeb EL MOKRI, chairman of the family council, focusing mainly on the urgent need to upgrade Morocco’s domestic new energy industry.
In March 2026, Mr. Rocky, President of PT.REKONS DENKA INDONESIA in Indonesia, visited Jiuzhou Group. The two sides held in-depth exchanges regarding expanding Indonesia’s power market, international business cooperation, and promoting product markets. They reached preliminary cooperation intentions in areas including local market access for core products, docking for key projects, and expanding localized markets.
It is worth mentioning that Jiuzhou Group has established a new overseas business team in 2024. While actively exploring overseas business opportunities, the team is also stepping up equipment-related standards certification work, mainly focusing on the countries that help build the “Belt and Road” and ASEAN countries. At the same time, the company maintains a cautiously optimistic attitude toward overseas power generation business. It is currently evaluating and advancing investment opportunities in wind and solar power generation projects across multiple ASEAN and Central Asian countries.
Products cover more than 70 countries and regions, with advantages of supply-chain synergy becoming increasingly prominent
As a leading domestic provider of new power and energy infrastructure, Jiuzhou Group focuses on the smart distribution network and network energy fields. It has three major business segments: intelligent equipment manufacturing, new energy power generation, and integrated smart energy, forming a dual-engine business layout of wind and solar new energy + intelligent equipment manufacturing.
The company’s products have covered more than 70 countries and regions. It has established deep strategic cooperation with leading international electrical manufacturers such as Schneider, Siemens, ABB, and Rockwell Automation, and has become the authorized qualified manufacturer in China for the above international brands. This international cooperation network not only enhances the company’s capabilities in product quality control and management, but also lays a solid foundation for the rapid expansion of overseas business.
Currently, the transmission and distribution industry is entering a new development opportunity. Jiuzhou Group stated that the industry has already gone through a long capacity de-stocking cycle. With factors including the rebound in grid investment across the country during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period and the shift of many clean energy power plant indicators from the project development stage to the construction stage, the industry may usher in a new cycle of improving business conditions.
Looking ahead, Jiuzhou Group stated that it will continue to keep track of overseas opportunities, closely follow national strategies, and actively expand markets including Russia, the Far East, ASEAN countries, the “Belt and Road,” and BRICS countries. With the continuous strengthening of overseas direct sales capabilities and the advancement of international certification work, the company’s overseas business is expected to become a “new engine” to drive performance growth, contributing more “Jiuzhou strength” to the development of the green energy industry.
