I often can't hold onto spot positions, and futures are even worse. When I get itchy, I want to add more, but in the end, I either chase the high or get liquidated... Honestly, position management boils down to one thing: don't let any impulsive move directly knock you off the table. Recently, cross-chain bridges have been hacked again, and oracles report errors—everyone is saying "wait for confirmation," but it's the same idea: survive first, then talk about opportunities.

If I could keep only one habit: before placing an order, consider the worst-case scenario and rule it out; only enter when you can sleep peacefully.
