This morning, my phone was full of red dots: xx points +3, incomplete tasks, badge progress 78%... It looked pretty satisfying, but with a swipe, I started catching up on check-ins, sharing, joining groups, and half an hour was gone. To put it simply, the most expensive part of social mining isn't gas fees, but time and attention. Small funds can't handle this kind of "pop-up window distraction."

Now I've set a simple rule for myself: only do actions that can easily verify value, like genuinely using a product or actively participating in governance; ignore purely point-earning activities. Identity and badge features are useful, but don’t drain your life just for a screenshot on the chain. Recently, developers have been excited about modularization and DA layer discussions, but as a user, I just want fewer red dots and more usable features... That’s all for now.
