Breaking even really feels like a breakup; the more you drag it out, the more you want to "give it one more chance"… As a result, watching the market every day raises my heart rate to the max, and fees/interest slowly wear me down. Honestly, admitting defeat is the most painful moment, but after that, it feels lighter, at least I can sleep well.

Recently, there's been talk about increasing taxes and tightening regulations in some areas, then loosening them again. I’m even less willing to tough it out now. When deposit and withdrawal expectations change, my emotions follow suit, and holding onto positions easily turns into "being forced to hold long-term."

My current makeshift method: before entering a position, write down the "breakup line," and when the time comes, just close it and take a screenshot… Don’t ask, I do it with full ritual, to prevent myself from being stubborn afterward. Airdrop enthusiasts also need to last longer; only then is there hope for milk tea.
