Main Station Reporter On the afternoon of the 3rd local time, it was learned from Iranian sources that the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps shot down an advanced U.S. fighter jet earlier that day. The pilot ejected and landed within Iran, and there are reports indicating that the pilot “may” have been captured by the Iranian military.
