Westlake Chemical Partners has appointed Jonathan H. Baksht as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and director of its general partner, effective June 15, 2026. M. Steven Bender will retire from the board and transition to Special Advisor. Baksht brings prior experience as EVP & CFO of Fortune Brands Innovations and CFO of Pactiv Evergreen, among other roles.
