"Rolling position trader" adds to their HYPE short position again, with the total value of their short positions across four cryptocurrencies reaching as high as $261 million.
PANews January 20th News, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin’s monitoring, “Rolling position trader 0xD83…Fd7” has increased their short position on HYPE again in the past half hour. Starting last Friday, they initially shorted ETH, then used floating profits to roll over and increase shorts on other cryptocurrencies. As of now, they hold short positions in BTC, ETH, HYPE, XMR, totaling a value of up to $261 million. They rolled their principal of 3 million USDC into shorts, now totaling $11 million, with the following holdings:
1640 BTC ($150 million) short position, entry price $92,120, liquidation price $94,732. Floating profit of $1.98 million. 31093 ETH ($100 million) short position, entry price $3,270, liquidation price $3,269. Floating profit of $6.29 million. 728,000 HYPE ($16 million) short position, entry price $21.77, liquidation price $30.1. Floating loss of $60,000. 824 XMR ($4.5 million) short position, entry price $605, floating profit of $40,000.
