Yooli Investment Securities has decided to collaborate with Return Plus on the issuance of security tokens based on medical devices. This is a strategic move to explore new possibilities in the digital financial market.

Since last year, Yooli Investment Securities has been operating the “Digital Asset Special Working Group” to promote security tokens and digital asset businesses. The signing of the memorandum of understanding with Return Plus can be seen as a continuation of this effort, aiming to expand the lineup of security token products. Yooli Investment Securities plans to develop fractional investment products based on high-value medical devices and build a new business model for security tokens.

Through this partnership, both parties will collaborate across multiple fields in designing, issuing, and successfully advancing business related to fractional investment products based on medical devices. This combination is regarded in the security token market as a model grounded in physical assets, realistic, and with high growth potential. Especially as the first attempt in the medical device sector, this initiative aims to lead the market with physical asset security tokens issued by Yooli Investment Securities.

Zhang Chengzhe, Head of Digital Transformation at Yooli Investment Securities, emphasized the growth potential and market viability of physical asset security tokens, expressing the company’s intention to take a leading position in the digital financial market. Return Plus representative Choi Jung-wan also stated that this cooperation will not only improve investment efficiency in the medical device industry but also help reduce regional healthcare disparities.

This trend could trigger changes in existing financial investment methods and serve as an important starting point for entering the era of digital assets. Moving forward, as the security token market develops, various physical asset investment models, with medical devices as a representative, are likely to attract significant attention.
