Gate P2P is introducing the Merchant Security Deposit Earn feature, designed to further enhance merchants' capital efficiency. With this upgrade, merchants' frozen security deposits on the platform will be connected to Gate's Earn services, ensuring fund security while generating steady returns.

This feature not only improves fund flexibility, but also helps merchants make better use of their capital in daily business operations. Gate will continue to optimize merchant services to create a safer and more efficient trading environment.

Feature Highlights

• Grow Idle Funds: Security deposits will earn base interest, maximizing capital value.
• Real-Time Earnings Display: Daily earnings are automatically credited to the spot account with full transparency.
• Safe and Flexible: Funds can be redeemed anytime without affecting merchant exit or compensation needs.

Main Rules

• Only "Full Subscription" or "Full Redemption" is supported, each limited to once per day (reset at 00:00 UTC).
• Interest accrues from the next full hour after a successful subscription, with earnings distributed the following day.
• After redemption, funds stop accruing interest and return to the security deposit account.
• Only active merchants can participate. Merchants with abnormal status cannot subscribe.

Distribution

Earnings will be credited as "P2P Merchant Security Deposit Earn Interest" directly to merchants' spot accounts and can be used anytime.
