Gate Opens Refund Channel for BOB Web3 Launchpad Participants

Based on our platform monitoring and assessments, due to market volatility and off-chain token distribution factors, the performance of the BOB token after listing did not meet expectations. To fully protect user rights and interests, Gate has decided to initiate a voluntary refund process for participating users. Details are as follows:

I. Refund Process

1. Users wishing to apply for a refund deposit all BOB tokens purchased through Gate Wallet into your Gate spot account.
2. Click the refund application form link and accurately fill in the total amount of tokens you wish to refund.
3. After review, we will process the refund for you.

II. Application Window & Form Link

Please submit the form between Nov 20, 2025, 13:00 – Dec 20, 2025, 13:00 UTC. Applications submitted after the deadline cannot be processed.

III. Regarding Tokens Currently Locked On-Chain

For tokens still under the on-chain vesting contract, we are actively communicating with the project team regarding early unlocking and subsequent refund arrangements. Updates will be announced separately, please stay tuned.
