Fees paid with GT, Points, or VIP discounts are not refundable. The rebate amount will be based on the actual fees paid. 8. Rewards (Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers and Rate-Up Vouchers) will be issued to users' wallet accounts within 14 working days after the event and can be viewed on the Vouchers. Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers are valid for 28 days; Rate-Up Vouchers apply to USDT 7-day fixed-term products, and expire automatically after 7 days. 9.
