PANews reported on April 15 that according to CoinDesk, Polygon Labs CEO Marc Boiron said that the company is promoting the construction of a unified settlement layer between chains through the new product AggLayer to solve the problem of blockchain fragmentation. AggLayer is designed to settle between multiple chains within 2 seconds, currently supports Polygon CDK chains, and will be extended to all EVM chains in the future. Boiron said Polygon has landed 18 tokenized funds in RWA and is promoting its use as collateral assets in DeFi to enhance asset liquidity and utility.
