CME Group plans to launch XRP futures contracts, offering two specification options.

According to Gate.io News bot, as reported by Prnewswire, the CME Group has announced a new futures product plan. The institution will launch XRP futures contracts on May 19 and is currently awaiting regulatory approval. The new products include two specifications: micro contracts (2,500 XRP) and large contracts (50,000 XRP). The CME Group stated that this move aims to meet the rising trading demand for XRP and the XRPL network from institutional and retail markets.
