Prevoszt has been elected as the new Roman Catholic Pope.

Jin10 reported on May 9 that Cardinal Robert Prevost from the United States was elected as the 267th Pope of the Roman Catholic Church, named Leo XIV, on the 8th during the papal election in Rome. Prevost was born on September 14, 1955, and became a cardinal in 2023. The College of Cardinals, consisting of 133 cardinals, began secret voting for the new pope on the 7th. The former pope, Francis, passed away due to illness on April 21 of this year.
