Golden Finance reports that crypto KOL Willy Woo posted on the X platform revealing that, if I remember correctly, Block One invested in CoinDesk’s parent company Bullish to control their own Bitcoin custody solution. Block One is now a family office, and the shares of other shareholders have all been acquired. Bullish does not own Block One’s Bitcoin. Bullish had previously submitted a confidential IPO application to US regulators, but the relevant details have not yet been disclosed at this stage, including the proposed listing timeline and fundraising scale. According to community users, as of 2024, Bullish holds 164,000 BTC.
