SEC approves Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund to convert to ETF

According to Gate News bot, The Block reported that the SEC( has approved the rule change proposal of the New York Stock Exchange Arca through an “accelerated” method. After the proposal was approved, shares of Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund LLC were allowed to be listed for trading.

The SEC approved this rule change proposal )SR-NYSEARCA-2024-87( (as amended by Amendment No. 1) under Section 19)b()2( of the Exchange Act.

This fund is currently available for qualified investors in over-the-counter trading, with an asset allocation of approximately 80% Bitcoin, 11% ETH, and single-digit percentages of Solana, Cardano, and XRP.
