The cryptocurrency-friendly personal finance company SoFi is expected to provide investors with the opportunity to access pre-IPO startups such as OpenAI, SpaceX, and Epic Games through private market funds. These companies operate in various fields such as machine learning, consumer products, and space technology, with a minimum investment of $10.

SoFi CEO, Anthony Noto, stated that the company is expanding investment opportunities for a new generation of investors, helping them build a diversified portfolio to achieve financial independence. SoFi joins Robinhood and Republic in providing access to private companies. While Robinhood issues stock tokens, SoFi focuses on private market funds. SoFi shares (SOFI) are trading at $19.90, with a market capitalization of approximately $22 billion.
